 I am a highly experienced business consultant and business coach. I have commercial, information systems and man management experience gained over 25 years across a wide range of high pressure, rapidly changing environments in central government, local government and the private sector.
I am passionate about organisations and businesses getting the best out of their people and resources, and established The Business Evolution Business to help businesses and organisations across all sectors grow and change successfully.
I love to work closely with clients to deliver creative and practical solutions to their business challenges, and to deliver business results. By teaming with clients, I also ensure that knowledge and skills are transferred to their organisation, helping them develop their own capabilities.
I have provided expertise to senior management for a variety of programmes for BT plc, Experian, Xansa plc, Air Miles, the NHS and Royal Mail. Typically, these programmes have been focussed at the strategic business level:
•change management programmes focussing on organisational change, cost transformation and on process improvement
•facilitating strategy workshops for organisations looking for the next step, providing analytical and problem-solving skills organisational and leadership development
•coaching board-level and senior managers
•the development of e-commerce solutions and the implementation of complex ICT solutions to support business requirement.
I am a qualified Project and Programme Manager experienced in developing structured frameworks for delivery, coordinating virtual teams, managing risk and monitoring progress. I am also a qualified personal and business coach, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and an NLP Practitioner.
I am a High Growth Coach for businesses to help unlock the potential within the organisation and support the development of a strategic growth plan, and finally a volunteer coach for the Prince’s Trust.
