 Debbie specialises in executive coaching, communication strategy and planning and change management.
Debbie’s operational experience covers Research, Sales, Marketing and Corporate Communications. She has over 20 years in house experience and over 8 years external consulting experience. As Group Director of Communications for a global, brand leading beverage company, she has been involved at a senior level in a range of change management projects including acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, restructuring, relocation, a management buy-out, MMC/OFT enquiries and global expansion.
Debbie has a Masters Certificate in Neuro Linguisitic Programming (NLP) and is also accredited to use Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Management Team Roles Indicator( MTR-I) and the Index360 suite of diagnostics. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association of NLP and a BBC accredited coach. She has an accredited Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership, Executive Coaching and Mentoring and accredited Coaching Supervision Certificate with the Institute of Leadership and Management(ILM).
Debbie has worked with the BBC, BT, Beechams, BRE, BIS, British Waterways, Camden Council, Control Risks, Deloitte, Diamdel, Eco-Bat, Financial Services Authority, Flextech, The Health Education Authority, The Healthcare Commission, Lloyds TSB, Morley Fund Management, Motability Finance, Novartis, RBS, Rolls Royce, The Tetley Group, Sanofi Aventis, St Martins Hospitals, UKTV, Unilever and Wates.
