 I work with organisations to achieve fundamental change through their people and have over 20 years experience in change, leadership and communication. Over the past few years, I have undertaken major projects with organisations such as AVIVA, Barclays International, GE Healthcare, Norwich Union Life, Deutsche Bank, Hilton International and Phillip Morris Europe.
I provide both one-off and on-going support to leaders & their teams to address the fundamental issues involved in building high performance cultures. I have recently been coaching the directors of Europe’s leading financial services company in support of their global transformation programme. I facilitate groups at all levels and help them develop strong relationships, both internally and externally. I also work with teams addressing issues such as vision and values, communications, brand and performance improvement. With my experience as a director of a leading corporate brand consultancy, I have particular expertise in embedding brand values.
My approach is both highly pragmatic and results oriented. This is strengthened by my interest in research to understand the drivers behind leadership and organisational success. I played a leading role in both the Centre for Tomorrow’s Company’s research publication “Leading and Managing in the New Economy” and Lumina Consulting’s “Communicating Cultures”, best practice research into internal communications which has been used in over 10 countries. I have an MBA from London Business School and also speak good working French.
