Founding Partner - Hedron
 I work with teams and individuals who are leading and managing change or helping teams to increase their performance.
Recently I have worked with clients who are integrating businesses following acquisitions and mergers; introducing new business models or changing the way services are delivered, often by moving to web-based processes; restructuring to deliver higher performance while reducing headcount and costs; undertaking quality initiatives; exploiting learning from previous change programmes; setting up and developing new communication functions; helping leaders and managers communicate more confidently and effectively.
Through action-oriented research, facilitated workshops and coaching I help functional, communication, operational and change teams to identify what they need to achieve and the key issues and underlying factors that influence those achievements. This enables them to develop strategies, capabilities and pragmatic action plans that are most relevant for supporting business goals and organisational performance. The focus is on using the real work and projects they are responsible for, so that they make tangible progress on these during the times we are working together. I work internationally, in both English and French.

I graduated in French & Politics and prior to setting up Hedron I was a director of Good Relations and then MD of Kinnear.
