I working with individuals, teams and organizations to enable them to flourish and realize their potential. I’ve been an independent coach and consultant for the past 10 years, I coach senior managers and executives; support leadership teams to develop and clarify their strategy and values; and work with clients to engage their leaders and their people. With over 25 years' business experience, I have worked in large organisations at senior levels - previous roles include head of organisation development at Railtrack plc and advisor to the international chairman of KPMG, Lord Sharman of Redlynch. I’m a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Business Consulting, and qualified to use a range of psychometrics.
