 I advise those providing professional services on how to develop a more focussed and structured approach to business development. I concentrate on helping professional organisations and partnerships to sell business-to-business services. My approach is centred on helping my clients retain and grow their revenues from their own customers, as well as assisting them in winning new business.
The customers of our clients are becoming more sophisticated, have higher expectations, and demand better value for money. In addition, the competition is becoming increasingly aggressive, determined, focussed and professional. Our clients tell us that they need help in creating and seizing business development opportunities, and strengthening their own organisations internally to support this. Collectively Hedron and The PEP Partnership have a wealth of experience of working with senior teams to develop and implement solutions to meet these challenges.
My work within The PEP Partnership has focused on helping individuals and organisations to acquire the relationship management and presentation skills they need to move forward. I have worked with a wide range of clients and individuals who are leaders in their sector. I have presented to many audiences on business development throughout Europe and in the United States. I graduated from Bristol where I studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics; obtained a PGCE in history and have written and published widely on European politics and education in Italy.
