We believe that networking is vital to the lifeblood of the internal communication and change profession. We participate in and organise many networking groups and activities that encourage practitioners to:
* share experience and learning
* develop new and innovative approaches
* explore how they might work together collaboratively and productively

The Hedron Leaders Network is a participative community of communication leaders, who range from senior practitioners in Corporate Communication, Human Resources, Organisational Development and Change Management, and their direct reports, to General and Divisional Management.
