We work with communication, HR and OD professionals, with leaders and managers across all functions and with change teams to help you understand the best way to get your people on board and to create, plan and deliver workable solutions to achieve that. What sets us apart is the way we work. We believe that ownership and confidence lead to the most effective outcomes. So we look proactively for opportunities to involve and to transfer knowledge and skills to your people – leaders, line managers and front line teams as well as in-house communication, HR and change teams. Usually this means you need fewer consultants and often less budget too.
I lead all of Hedron’s projects, working collaboratively with internal client teams and with other experienced Hedron associates when needed. Before Hedron, I worked in senior roles in-house – as communication manager in a Rio Tinto mining and manufacturing subsidiary and head of communication for a major industrial trade association – and in consultancies, as director at Good Relations and managing director at Kinnear. Since my earliest days in communication, working closely with business leaders, HR teams and trades unions on the introduction of quality circles and employee consultation, I have been a passionate believer in the power and value of involvement.
